You may return purchases within 14 days of the delivery date of the order under the following terms and conditions:

1. The goods to be returned are in good condition and can be displayed with their covers and cards as well as attached to the original purchase receipt.
2. The goods to be returned do not match the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase.
3. Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned according to Kuwaiti trade law
   Jewelry, perfumes, and precious watches can be returned or exchanged within only 24 hours from the date of purchase, provided that they are in their original condition and in their packaging upon purchase.

For orders outside Kuwait, customers desiring to return an item/order due to a change of mind will ship and bear the cost of return (Returns may be shipped via Aramex, DHL, and FedEx couriers’ services).

• If the products are in their original condition as delivered to the customer, the QC team will mark these products with (QC Pass).

• If the products were not in the original condition delivered to the customer, the quality check team (QC) will mark the item with (QC Fail) and return it to the customer.

• The amount will be refunded within 24 hours if paid via KNET
  Five to seven days if paying via Visa or MasterCard

1. The goods to be replaced are in good condition and can be displayed with their covers and cards as well as attached to the original purchase receipt.
2. The goods to be replaced do not match the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase.
3. Shoes and accessories should be returned with their original branded boxes and placed inside a parcel box when shipped.
4. Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned according to Kuwaiti trade law
   Jewelry, perfumes, and precious watches can be returned or exchanged within only 24 hours from the date of purchase, provided that they are in their original condition and in their packaging upon purchase.

For orders outside Kuwait, customers desiring to exchange an item/order due to a change of mind will ship and bear the cost of exchange (Exchanged purchases may be shipped via Aramex, DHL, and FedEx couriers’ services).

• Product replacement will take 3 working days inside Kuwait and 14 working days outside Kuwait.

For Cancelled Orders/Items:

• The amount will be refunded within 24 hours if paid via KNET
  Five to seven days if paying via Visa or MasterCard

For Returned Orders/Items:

• The amount will be refunded within 24 hours if paid via KNET
  Five to seven days if paying via Visa or MasterCard
