- Bleu de Chanel Parfum: Chanel describes it as aromatic and intensely woody: it opens with powerful freshness, then lingers with a precious New Caledonian sandalwood accord. It is the most concentrated of the three, and the House suggests spraying it on the warmest areas of skin, such as the neck and wrists.
Why is 100 ml not the same price for every version?
In our store on 10 October 2026, the lowest 100 ml price is KWD 53.650 (Bleu de Chanel Eau de Toilette), and the highest is KWD 70.550 (Bleu de Chanel Parfum). Each version is a separate product with its own concentration, composition and price. The Parfum is the most concentrated, meaning it contains a higher proportion of perfume essence, and in our store it is the highest priced, followed by the Eau de Parfum and then the Eau de Toilette. The price per ml falls as the size grows: for the Eau de Toilette the price per ml is about KWD 0.808 in 50 ml and about KWD 0.419 in 150 ml, and for the Parfum about KWD 1.046 in 50 ml and about KWD 0.553 in 150 ml.

Why can one version smell different from another?
There are two main reasons. First, the concentration differs between the Eau de Toilette, the Eau de Parfum and the Parfum. Second, Chanel composed each version differently: it names citrus, an aromatic accord and vibrant cedar in the Eau de Toilette, ambery cedar with woody and musky notes in the Eau de Parfum, and a powerful fresh opening that settles on a sandalwood accord in the Parfum. So someone used to the Eau de Toilette will notice a different scent in the Eau de Parfum or the Parfum, even though the bottle carries the same name. Our store carries no other perfume under the Bleu de Chanel name with a different composition; BLEU DE CHANEL L’EXCLUSIF, a fourth interpretation Chanel offers, is not in our store at the moment.
