Eros Eau de Parfum and Parfum in a Table: What They Share and What Differs
The two Versace Eros versions in our store are two different formulas, not the same perfume at two strengths: the Eau de Parfum has mint, candied apple and vanilla, while the Parfum has black pepper, lavender and benzoin. The table shows where they meet and where they part.

Behind the table
The “only in this version” row includes modern aroma materials named by Versace, and they explain the difference: Ambermax in the Eau de Parfum is a modern ambery, woody material. In the Parfum there is cashmeran, a soft musky, woody material named because the feel of its scent recalls cashmere fabric; Pomarose, which combines rose with a touch like dried apple; and litsea cubeba, the fruit of an Asian tree with a sharp, lemony scent.
That is why the Parfum should not be seen as a “stronger Eau de Parfum”: it has no mint or apple, and it has black pepper, lavender and benzoin. Versace describes both bottles the same way, transparent blue with the house emblem and Greek key pattern, so the reliable guide is the line on the box: Eros Eau de Parfum or Eros Parfum.
